Pathways nursery on-site offers full and part-time places for children from 6 weeks – school age, all year round. Pathways offers a limited number of funded places, for children who are eligible for 15 or 30 hours funding. The nursery works closely with the school, to ensure a smooth transition from nursery into reception. The nursery is proud to share that it maintained an Outstanding judgment on the most recent inspection. The report can be found here https://reports.ofsted.gov.uk/provider/16/EY364436.

Pathways Kidzone
Newburgh Primary School offers before and after school provision and holiday clubs in co-operation with Pathways Nurseries and Childcare Centres Ltd, who have been on site since 1994. The school age provision is known as ‘Kidzone’ and more information can be found at https://pathwaysnursery.co.uk/ourkidzones/
Pathways breakfast Kidzone opens at 7.30am and children are offered a light breakfast including cereal and toast. The breakfast club comprises a choice of age-appropriate games before school, enabling children to develop friendships and have a healthy start to the day. Children participate in a ‘wake and shake’ before going into school. The older children are in the school hall, with a younger group in the Pathways nursery accommodation. Reception, Y1 and Y2 are escorted to their classroom.
After school, children are again either in the hall or in Pathways Foundation stage accommodation, depending on age, stage and availability. Children can access spacious outdoor areas, are provided with a snack and light tea. There are some focus activities but the emphasis is on free choice, to create a home from home. The after-school operates from school finish until 6.00p.m.
Holiday club provision runs from 7.30am – 6.00pm at Summer, Easter and Half-terms, for example the Spooky Spectacular, and Easter Eggstravaganza. Depending on when Christmas falls, there may be a Santa Special as well. Details are available on the school and Pathways websites, prior to the school holidays. Children are supervised by a caring, experienced team and there is always a first-aider available.
Pathways, in common with school, follows Warwickshire Procedures for Safeguarding Children.
Places are limited so early booking is advised.
